the avocado toast at breakfast was a delight! the valet greeted us warmly. also, the reception staff checked us in efficiently and even gave us a thorough tour of the gardens and facilities.
The air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly. Fresh air was limited unless i opened a window. the window handle was broken too. I reported this, but little was done beyond fixing the window itself. heavy traffic outside also made sleeping with the window open difficult.
